Important Notice – November BOD meeting location change.

Location of the Saturday, November 12, 2011 - 9:30 a.m. - Board of Directors Meeting has been changed.

New meeting location: Matousek Auditorium at the Zablocki VA Medical Center.

Address: 5000 W. National Ave., Milwaukee, WI  53295

Time of meeting: 9:30 a.m

DIRECTIONS:

1. Take I-94 to Milwaukee and turn south on US-41 (near Miller Park).

2. At the intersection of US-41 and National Ave (first stoplight), turn

right onto National Ave.

3. Park in the visitor parking lot to the east of the hospital (no valet

parking on weekends).  See attached map.

4. Enter through main east entrance and go straight through double doors to

main hallway.

5. Follow signs for Matousek Auditorium.  It is quite a ways down, right

before you get to a set of glass double doors.  On the attached map, it is

located just south of the red box that says "SCI."
